Two More Young Climate Leaders Join the Climart Scholarship Program
We are excited to share more inspiring news from our growing movement!
This week, Climart Africa proudly awarded two additional scholarships to exceptional young changemakers from Kwa Njenga Primary School:
- Brafaan Mutiso
- Ibdisana Jaldesa
Both are bright, determined Grade 5 pupils who have demonstrated not only academic promise, but also a powerful passion for community impact and environmental leadership.
Meet Brafaan & Ibdisana: Rising Voices in Climate Action
These two young leaders stand out for their:
- Resilience in the face of daily challenges
- Commitment to learning and personal growth
- Active involvement in school-based climate initiatives
- Compassion and sense of responsibility for their peers
- Deep understanding of how environmental action strengthens their community
Their leadership journey began in the classroom — but their potential extends far beyond it. Through the Climart Scholarship, we are honored to support their dreams and help nurture their capacity to lead transformative climate solutions.
What the Scholarship Provides
As new recipients of the Climart Africa Scholarship, Brafaan and Ibdisana will receive:
- School fees & exam fees covered
- Tuition and daily transport support
- Tap to Eat school feeding program
- School trips and experiential learning exposure
- Full uniforms (school & games)
- Learning materials including books and stationery
- A Climate Project Grant to support their school’s environmental work
- Enrollment into the Student Leadership Accelerator program
This support ensures they can fully focus on learning, creativity, and leadership — without financial barriers standing in the way.
